Text Settings

For each preset, you can define specific text properties that should be applied when generating that language version.

Available Properties​

  • Font Family: Select a specific font (e.g., Noto Sans SC for Chinese).
  • Font Size: Adjust size relative to the original (e.g., 120% for languages that tend to be smaller).
  • Leading / Tracking: Adjust line spacing and character spacing.
  • RTL (Right-to-Left): Enable this for languages like Arabic or Hebrew to ensure text flows correctly.

Font Maps​

You can link a Font Map to a preset. This is useful if you want to swap specific fonts rather than applying a single global font to all layers.

  • Select a Font Map ID in the preset settings.
  • When this preset is used, AE Sheets will look at the original font of a layer and map it to the target font defined in the Font Map.
